Christmas is coming. This morning I went to Naha Ryobu and bought some Christmas cards. I was in surprise. The cheapest one I could find was $2. Some cards sold for $30. I donot feel that I am a stingy person, but that is a lot of money for me. So, I also bought a tablet of nice writing paper and envelopes and I'll try to make Christmas letters that look like Christmas cards. It's the thought that counts right?

This Afternoon I took some pens to the Post Office for shipping. I was surprised that the nice man working there remembered me. I haven't been there in months.

I practiced a little more with my new digital camera. I read the manual and I think I understand white balance. Reading manuals makes me very tired.

I went over to Ron and Keiko's place tonight for dinner. Their six-year-old son is a real charmer. He insists on holding my hand and going for a walk before dinner. I hope he never loses that thought.

Love, Meg
