Dear Readers,

Here is good news. Ron-san gave me his old notebook computer. He said lend, but I do not intend to return it to him, so I believe "Gave" is indeed the correct word. This will make my work easier since I can do some work from home. For Example, I can write this journal any time I like.

I carried several pens to the post office again today. What was remarkable today was that I saw a man sitting in one of the chairs crying profusely. He was holding his account book. I can only imagine why he was crying. Perhaps

his wife took all the money out of his account. I do not know, but the image stayed with me the entire daytime. It often makes me wonder about ebay. The Buyers often pay big money for a pen that they have never seen. That must require big trust.

I shipped the gold Buddhist Scriptures pen today and my heart is breaking. I do not know why I liked to look at that pen so much, but I know I will miss it. I will try to find another one.

Recently I have noticed that the visitors to the Kamakura Pens website has been steadily increasing day by day. I think that my updating the website is the reason. I should have received the laptop computer months ago.

It stopped raining for a short period, but it is raining again now. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.

Sincerely,

Meg.
