I have been watching several Blogs on the internet. In the beginning, I thought that these were boring. But I discovered myself returning many times to read them.

Now that I have the passwords to the Kamakura Pens website, and I have the authority, I intend to create my own web education log. I do not know if anyone will read these submissions, but it is more for my education than the readers' entertainment. I was an English literature major at my university, but my English language ability is not very good. Many people compliment my English recently, but this makes me

uncomfortable. I mean if my English was very good, then no one would think to compliment me. They would think that I am a native English speaker. I must make many mistakes. So these pages will be my daily practice at English. I would like to record what I learn in the fountain pen business, and look back to see how my English improves.

I've already meet many nice people through Kamakura Pens and everyday I receive e-mails from customers and fountain pen friends. People who collect fountain pens seem to be very polite and very professional. I like that. I had a simple web site during my university days, but I only received e-mails from very strange boys. I will not return strange e-mails. If you send me a nice e-mail regarding my pages or about fountain pens, then I would be very happy to read and answer your e-mails.

Love,

Meg
