Here is a solid sterling silver
add on fountain pen clip. The Original clip was made of brass,
but I had gold and silver reproductions made. These are very
high qulaity productions and impossible to distnguish from the
original, save for the obvious fact that the original was brass,
and mine are gold and silver.

It seems a little hard to believe, but the integral pen clip
that we know today was not patented until 1906 by the LE Waterman
company. Before this time, if you wanted a pen clip, you had
to acquire one of these slip on clips. This style of ornate
clip was popular in Italy and France, so the original clip likely
originated there.
The clips I offer here are Sterling silver which have been
antiqued. The clips are first highly polished then corroded
chemically and then polished again. This allows the raised surface
to sparkle while the recessed areas are very dark, creating
a stunning contrast and the ornate details really stand out. |

The back side of the clip is open so the bands can be adjusted
to fit any size pen.
These clips will significantly add to the value of any eyedropper
pen, and worth the small investment.
Check here often because I will be adding new models shortly.
