Here is the only Wirt Safety pen I have. Actually it is the only Wirt Safety pen I have ever seen. Unlike most Wirt pens, the feed is not hard rubber, but a gold plate. Inside the cap is a pin. When the cap is screwed down the pin fits into the feeds socket, sealing ink inside the barrel.
